With my women's hiking group that I joined, we drove north to Abiqui for a hike. It was raining pretty hard, so we stopped at Ghost Ranch first, which is the location where Georgia O'Keefe lived and painted many of her famous scenery paintings. The first two pictures are of the mountains around Ghost Ranch.
This is from the summit of our hike peering down through the clouds.
Me at the top of the summit.
On our way back down, me posing next to a tree.
A full rainbow on our way back to Santa Fe.
A very secluded white rock indian burial ground.
From the distance you can see the crazy rock formations that formed from sun, rain and wind.
Mountains with varying colors.
Vary colors again.
This hike was very beautiful even in the rain. Yellows, reds, greens, whites, all sorts of shades around.
